BRENT BAUER Brent Bauer is Chairman of the Board and oversees leadership of Fulcrum's executive team. Mr. Bauer is the founder of Fulcrum Technologies and its principal stockholder. Brent Bauer founded Fulcrum Technologies in 1998 and has grown the company into the telecom industry’s most respected and recognized provider of Infrastructure Lifecycle Management solutions. In 2001, Mr. Bauer was chosen by the Puget Sound Business Journal to be honored as one of Western Washington's top forty business leaders under the age of forty (Forty Under Forty). He has also been featured in Washington CEO Magazine and is recognized for his ability to build effective, cross-functional teams while creating an environment of cooperation and employee involvement. Prior to founding Fulcrum Technologies, Mr. Bauer was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Computech Systems, a leading broker of refurbished Hewlett-Packard business systems. He has a successful 21-year history in sales and management in the computer software and hardware markets. Mr. Bauer graduated with a bachelor's degree in communications from Seattle Pacific University. KURT UNDERWOOD Kurt Underwood has a 20 year career spanning business strategy and information technology, including extensive technology solution sales, software development and professional services experience in the Communications, Software, Electronics and Entertainment industries. In addition to serving on Fulcrum’s Board of Directors, Mr. Underwood serves as Managing Director responsible for leading Protiviti’s Technology Risk Consulting operations in the Western United States. He is a subject matter expert in standardizing and automating Asset Lifecycle Management programs in the Communications industry to achieve efficiencies and financial improvements with effective internal controls. Mr. Underwood is APICS certified and graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles Honors Collegium, Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Economics.
