BRENT BAUER CEO/President
Prior to founding Fulcrum Technologies, Mr. Bauer was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Computech Systems, a leading broker of refurbished Hewlett-Packard business systems. He has a successful 24 year history in sales and management in the computer software and hardware markets. With over 25 years experience in the mobile software and systems industry, Mr. Bigger has been a key executive filling technology, sales, and operational roles in multiple successful technology startups and has been instrumental in helping Fulcrum achieve its leading position in the telecommunication industry. Mr. Youde oversees Fulcrum’s finance department and was key in securing major funding from Incepta Partners, a venture fund focusing on telecom investments. Mr. Youde joined Fulcrum in 1999 prior to which he successfully developed the finance departments for several notable companies including Attachmate and IntegraTrak. With over sixteen 16 years in the software industry, Mr. Hallahan has extensive experience in many successful commercial software companies such as Concur Technologies, Interlinq Software, Barcodes West, and Covault. She successfully orchestrated a nationwide inventory effort for one of Fulcrum's largest projects employing 100+ people. The project included managing the inventorying of over 30,000 cell sites and regional warehouses, meeting the customer's aggressive timeframe, a requirement for 98+ percent accuracy, and delivery within budget. Ms. Vollan's background includes twenty-five years in the software and telecom industries where she was responsible for managing all aspects of customer-facing operations. She has successfully built and managed many high performance and international teams in both start-ups and well-established companies, including Aldus Corporation (acquired by Adobe Systems), Visio Corporation (acquired by Microsoft), and Contel Executone Telecommunications.DON FIFER Vice President, Sales
Throughout Mr. Fifer's twenty-five year business career, he has sharpened his unique combination of skills and abilities with respected companies like Dunn & Bradstreet, Verizon Wireless. Mr. Fifer has a BBA with a marketing emphasis and a MBA with a management emphasis from the University of Iowa.

Brent Bauer, CEO and President: Brent Bauer founded Fulcrum Technologies in 1998 and has grown the company into the telecom industry’s most respected and recognized provider of Infrastructure Lifecycle Management solutions. In 2001, Mr. Bauer was chosen by the Puget Sound Business Journal to be honored as one of Western Washington's top forty business leaders under the age of forty (Forty Under Forty). He has also been featured in Washington CEO Magazine and is recognized for his ability to build effective, cross-functional teams while creating an environment of cooperation and employee involvement.
Shawn Bigger is the primary architect of Fulcrum products and leads its development and services organizations. 
Rich Youde is a seasoned strategist with a proven track record in driving financial discipline and accountability. He is a Certified Management Accountant with more than 25 years experience as chief financial officer and controller in software development and technology companies. 
Mike Hallahan is responsible for developing and leading the consulting, training and implementation teams, as well as enhancing the company's product and service offerings. As one of the original employees of Fulcrum Technologies, Mr. Hallahan has been instrumental in helping to grow the business and has overseen large implementation projects for enterprise-level customers such as T-Mobile, Cingular Wireless, Leap Wireless, Bell Mobility Canada, Qwest, and Time Warner Cable. 
Bente Vollan is responsible for leading the company's largest division, providing a variety of field and project management services to Fulcrum customers. Directing multiple projects simultaneously for new and repeat customers, Bente has earned a reputation for efficiency and providing high quality services. Projects have included inventory services, data cleansing, site surveys, antenna alignment, short-term technical call centers. Ms. Vollan also manages technical support for customers. 
Don Fifer joined Fulcrum in 1999 and has assisted in the company’s growth into the telecom industry’s most respected and recognized provider of Infrastructure Lifecycle Management solutions.
