Fulcrum introduces new corporate and product branding
Seattle, Washington March 27, 2012
Welcome to the new, updated Fulcrum website. Not only is our corporate logo updated, but as of March 31, 2012, Fulcrum will change the names of four CATS product modules within the CATS application suite. These changes are designed to better reflect the functionality of the modules and the specific role that each plays within the CATS product line.
Used by AT&T, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile to manage their infrastructure, CATS can track widely distributed assets and equipment regardless of the size of your operations.
CATS’ powerful, real-time mobile data collection capabilities can identify and communicate with equipment in the field electronically. With CATS, you won’t have to rely entirely on incomplete assets surveys that are hopelessly out-of-date. You’ll know with confidence exactly where your spares are located, which equipment is nearing end of life, and the status of returns and repairs.
Because CATS also integrates directly with back-office systems – such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and more – it can automatically synchronize your Finance and Ops records with data from the field in real-time. As a result, when you use CATS, every department in the enterprise will enjoy accurate, complete and up-to-date information. CATS provides the visibility and perspective you need to gauge performance across the entire enterprise – so you can take control of the situation and make better decisions, faster.
The benefits of CATS are typically eye-opening and immediate. Large enterprise customers with widely distributed, high value assets who have implemented CATS have discovered immediate savings in the millions of dollars simply by “finding” spares inventory in hidden caches that were invisible to existing legacy systems. Millions more can be saved by properly tracking returns and repairs processed through OEM vendors’ complicated RMA procedures.
But the benefits do not end there. CATS leverages its unique, real-time data collection capabilities to help automate writing compliance reports, such as Sox 404, health, safety, communications, tax and other regulatory reports. Your executive team can sign off on these critical documents with the confidence that comes from using CATS’ best practice approach to managing infrastructure.
CATS highly scalable and configurable for both centralized and distributed architectures. It’s offered either hosted in the Cloud, or as traditionally licensed software.
Learn more about the different components of the CATS software platform:
CATS CenterPoint
Take control of the infrastructure that is most valuable to your organization. CATS CenterPoint gives you to the power to monitor, measure and manage real-time data from the field – and synchronize this critical data between the CATS application database and your other back-office enterprise systems.
CATS Mobility
Use CATS Mobility on a handheld mobile computing device to capture and view equipment and site data in real-time. CATS Mobility uses customizable scan routines to perform warehouse, asset and inventory management and other infrastructure management tasks.
CATS Integrator
With CATS Integrator, your enterprise systems, including ERP, BSS, OSS, and WMS applications, can access real-time data collected from the field. This enables Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and Engineering organizations to gain visibility into problems, understand the situation and take corrective action as needed to resolve problems before they hit the bottom line.
CATS Discover
CATS Discover is the automatic data discovery component of the CATS system. It queries the network to gather information directly from equipment operating in the field.
CATS SitePoint
CATS SitePoint provides personnel managing infrastructure sites a secure environment to save or retrieve nearly any kind of relevant site information, including documents, videos, pictures, drawings and more. The information is securely stored and can be accessed from anywhere, eliminating in many cases the need to conduct on-site visits.
