The services of Align Solutions ensure that you know what network components are deployed at the top of the tower and your antennas are oriented per design specifications for optimum efficiency and capacity.
The Wireless Network Foundation The foundation of the wireless network is the radio platform. Site location and antenna orientation are the primary elements of the radio platform and have the greatest impact on the distribution of radio signal and therefore on call quality. It is critical that the radio platform design is implemented accurately and that the actual antenna orientations in the field are accurately reflected in wireless operators planning tools. All design and optimization tasks rely on this data for maximum operating efficiency and results. Methodology The highly trained field teams of the Align Solutions group apply an exclusive, patented antenna certification methodology that moves the wireless industry beyond compass-based solutions. Using proven GPS technology, accuracy is guaranteed to within one-half degree for antenna azimuths and down-tilts. Certification results are uploaded real-time for processing and storage in the CATS Database. Digital conduits and connections can be developed to integrate CATS data directly into RF Planning and Design tools. Integration Fulcrum's Align Solutions can be integrated with Fulcrum's comprehensive Site Audit services to capture the civil and RF site data required to plan new technology deployments and perform post-deployment quality assurance.
