FIELD SERVICES OVERVIEW

Fulcrum offers inventory and audit services for existing networks. Whether it’s an independent audit of inventory accuracy or initial inventory of a legacy network, Fulcrum can provide the resources and leadership to get your job done right. Fulcrum's experienced Field Services group takes complete responsibility for this important work and manages the entire project.

Embarking on a network-wide physical or logical inventory is a monumental task. In terms of personnel resources and logistical coordination, the scope of any such project is immense. Fulcrum has covered the networks of some of the nation’s largest carriers, affixing barcode labels and capturing information about every piece of equipment including spares.
